The IBM ServerGuide Scripting Toolkit, Linux Edition (Linux Scripting Toolkit) enables you to tailor
and build custom hardware deployment solutions. It provides hardware
configuration and Linux operating
system (OS) installation forIBM System x, BladeCenter, and iDataPlex hardware.
Through a console, the
Linux Scripting Toolkit simplifies
creating, customizing, and deploying hardware configurations and
Network Operating System (
NOS) deployments. By using the
Linux Scripting Toolkit, you can create a bootable
ISO image, USB key, or PXE boot image that supports the following
