Adding device drivers to a boot image

Add a device driver to a boot image to support devices that the boot image has never supported before, or to provide a later level of support for a device.

  1. Launch Microsoft Configuration Manager 2007 to open the Configuration Manager console.
  2. From the console, open the Computer Management > Operating System Deployment > Boot Images > IBM Deployment Pack Boot Images.
  3. Right-click on one of the boot images and click Properties > Windows PE.
  4. Add a driver to the boot image.
