Downloading and extracting Lenovo ServerGuide Scripting Toolkit, Windows Edition

The topics in this section provide information about the prerequisites, downloading and installing ServerGuide Scripting Toolkit on a source server, and configuring the source server. ServerGuide Scripting Toolkit uses a source server to create and deploy images.

Download and install ServerGuide Scripting Toolkit. See Downloading and extracting the Toolkit files.
After the you have downloaded and installed ServerGuide Scripting Toolkit, configure the source server. See Configuring the source server.
Files that will be included in deployments, must first be added to the Toolkit source tree. See Adding files to the source tree.
