Prerequisites

To use ServerGuide Scripting Toolkit, Windows Edition (SGTKWinPE.cmd), complete the following prerequisites for adding the required software used by the Toolkit. These files are added to the source tree as part of setting up the source server.

• Download and install an English version of one of the following kits:
  • Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK) that includes:
    • Windows Server 2012
    • Windows Server 2012 R2

    This ADK is available for download from: http://www.microsoft.com/download/details.aspx?id=30652.

  • Windows Automated Installation Kit (AIK) that includes:
    • Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 2
    • Windows Vista SP1
    • Windows Server 2008 family
    • Windows 7 family
    • Windows Server 2008 R2 family

• Create WindowsPE ISO images of the source files on a CD or DVD-ROM.
