This section provides examples of the tasks required to
create and deploy an image by using ServerGuide Scripting Toolkit, Windows Edition.
These examples include all of the information you need to create
a deployment image to perform the most common deployment scenarios.
Follow these steps for all operating system deployments:
- Configure RAID.
- Install the operating system. See Introducing ServerGuide Scripting Toolkit
- Optionally, perform post-OS installation tasks, such as installing UpdateXpress System Packs, the IBM Director Agent, and device driver
updates.
These scenarios are intended to get you started as quickly as possible.
